The term ‘Changefellow’ originated in a brainstorm I had with Sebastiaan Bronkhorst. We feel that making a web of changemakers is extremely important. But we want a stronger cohesion than what happens on facebook and so: without knowing anybody really, becoming friends and so. It is important to give far more expression to relations: how did you meet, why do you trust, etc.

Sebastiaan names this an ‘Affinitynetwork’… via describing relations, and the things people do, it gets clear where people are positioned in the ‘tree of change’.

The idea now is that the changefellow thing just started, and that I and Sebastiaan act as changefellow community facilitators. The content of peoples pages can be modified only by a community facilitator, and this facilitator has to have a personal connection with the people he or she adds. In such we keep things local and personal. Mostly there is a ‘friend’ relation. Within time other people can be granted (ask?) for the role of community facilitator and can start adding new people.

And thus an organic growing tree is being created.

In time hopefully a tool comes to facilitate it all (we don’t want to depend on facebook, or another social media, but we dont want to replace it too, we only set pointers…). The www.couchsurfing.org communit platform comes the most close, maybe in time we can migrate to it or so.

Untill than we do it via making pages per changefellow in wordpress. This takes quite some time, but growing our goodnessunited networking is far more robust than doing it in a fast fashion, without putting a tight cohesion in it (without creating obligations) and direction…

If applicable roles in the variouse allied movements can be added.

The pages also act as free publicity for things the changefellows do. A requirement for adding them is that they only take a modest salary and invest profits in good things. And do not desire for possession and so. They all have a high flowconomy maturity, to say it in Novaglobe terms. And thus we put

‘The survival of the fittest has ended, the Revival of the Goodest has only just begun’

to action… pull eachother up. Synergence instead of competition.
